What types of services do you offer?

We provide full-service administrative support, including cash-basis bookkeeping, online tax preparation, mobile notary services, courier delivery, virtual office management, and wedding officiant services.

All services are offered under one LLC for convenience and consistency.

Do you offer virtual services?

Yes. Our bookkeeping, tax preparation, check-ins, and remote office management are all handled virtually. You’ll receive access to a secure client portal where you can upload documents, book appointments, and communicate with us directly.

Where do you provide mobile notary and courier services?

We serve Gwinnett County, GA and surrounding areas. Mobile notary and courier services are available Monday–Saturday with after-hours and wait fee pricing clearly stated.

How much do your services cost?

Pricing depends on the service selected. A custom quote will always be provided before work begins.


Cash-Basis Bookkeeping

Simple, secure financial tracking built for small businesses and individuals.

$50/month – Few transactions + basic automation

$75/month – Moderate transaction volume or manual processing

$100/month – Mid-size businesses with ongoing financial activity

+$10/employee/month – Optional payroll assistance

Availability: Virtual · Mon–Fri, 9 AM–6 PM


Online Tax Preparation

Accurate, secure e-filing from the comfort of your home.

$40 – Basic: W-2 income only

$65 – Standard: W-2 income + unemployment + basic deductions

$90 – Self-Employed: 1099 income, freelance, or gig work

$125 – Small Business (LLC): Rental income, investments, itemized deductions

Availability: Virtual · Mon–Fri, 9 AM–6 PM


Mobile Notary Services

Professional, on-demand notarization at your home, office, or meeting location.

$2 per stamp

$1.50/mile round trip

After-Hours Fee: +$15 (after 6 PM Mon–Fri)

Wait Fee: $15 per 15 mins after 15-min grace period

Coverage: Gwinnett County & surrounding

Hours: Mon–Sat, 6 AM–12 AM · Closed Sundays & holidays


Courier Services

Local and specialized delivery of documents, packages, or medical specimens.

Standard Courier:

Car: $1.50/mile round trip

Van: $2.00/mile round trip

Specialized Medical Courier:

0–20 miles: $25

21–40 miles: $45

41–60 miles: $65

61–80 miles: $85

Hours: Mon–Fri, 8 AM–12 AM · Saturday, 8 AM–5 PM


Remote Office Management

Virtual assistant-style support for your back office.

Flat Rate: $15/hour

Includes:

Appointment scheduling

Supply & equipment management

Inbox + calendar support

Travel coordination

Wedding Officiant & Counseling Services

Simple, affordable options for your big day.

$50 – Small Ceremony

$100 – Large Ceremony

$50 – Rehearsal (optional)

$25/session – Premarital Counseling

Travel-based pricing applies for long-distance events.

No. We are not attorneys and do not give legal advice. We offer notarization services only for documents you provide.
